Our Story
Rooted in Tradition, Built on Community
Our story began in 2010 with a simple passion: to share the authentic, rich culinary traditions of Michoacán, Mexico, with our neighbors here in Colorado. From day one, Casa Tequilas was envisioned as a welcoming, family-owned space where real Mexican flavors and heartfelt hospitality could bring people together.
For over a decade, we dedicated ourselves to perfecting our recipes, crafting the best handcrafted margaritas, and turning first-time guests into lifelong friends. Thanks to the incredible support of our community, our family grew, and so did our dreams.
In 2021, we turned an exciting new page by moving to our beautiful current location at 1204 Bergen Pkwy in Evergreen. This vibrant new home allowed us to elevate the dining experience while keeping the same casual comfort, spirited energy, and traditional values that define us.
Today, we are proud to be recognized for the best margaritas in town, our famous Jalisco Burrito, and most importantly, the deep bonds we’ve shared with our customers since 2010. We look forward to being your favorite gathering spot for many more years to come!
